All current Cisco Meraki products require valid licensing to operate. All licensing related operations can be performed from the Organisation > Configure > License Info page of the Meraki Dashboard. For more information about the License Info page specifically, please refer to Meraki’s License Info Page article.

Having licenses allows your organisation’s cloud-based online Dashboard, hosted by Meraki, to connect to and configure & manage all your Meraki devices. All devices are controlled under a single pane of glass in the dashboard.

Delivery charges for orders from Cloudse?

Standard delivery - FREE for all orders (exc. Meraki GO).
Express delivery - is dependant on shipping weight, this can vary so please contact us for a quotation. (Placed before 12pm)*

Please note: orders are processed weekdays only, any Express orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be processed and delivered the following 2-3 working days.

How long will delivery take?

All deliveries are processed and shipped directly from Cisco Meraki, Netherlands.

Standard Delivery (UK): Estimated 3-5 working days
Express Delivery (UK): Estimated 2-3 working days (order to be placed before 12pm)*
Licenses: Estimated 24-48 hours

Please note: These are estimated deliveries and we cannot guarantee delivery ETA. Delivery to Ireland can be significantly longer, please contact us if you require further information or would like ETA for your location before purchase.

Can I track my order(s)?

On receiving your tracking details from Cisco Meraki, Cloudse will send the Tracking code to the email address provided on purchase for you to track your delivery.

Can I return my item?

Certain items sold on our website may only be returned directly to the manufacturer on agreement from them. Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a courier to return back to Cisco Meraki. Please read our returns policy for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If an order has not been processed and we can confirm from Meraki that the products have not been dispatched we will be able to amend and/or cancel the order. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, the products will have to returned and an RMA submitted.
