Cisco Meraki MX80 Enterprise and Security License

A license is required for the MX80 Firewall / Security Device. The license permits the product to function, connect to the Dashboard, gives support and warranty.

All current Cisco Meraki products require valid licensing to operate. All licensing related operations can be performed from the Organization > Configure > License Info page of the Meraki Dashboard. For more information about the License Info page specifically, please refer to Meraki’s License Info Page article.

Having Cisco Meraki MX80 Enterprise and Security License allows your organisation’s cloud-based online Dashboard, hosted by Meraki, to connect to and configure & manage all your Meraki devices. All devices are controlled under a single pane of glass in the dashboard.

Everything is included in the cloud dashboard, which is just one license SKU.

Can I track my order(s)?

On receiving your tracking details from Cisco Meraki, Cloudse will send the Tracking code to the email address provided on purchase for you to track your delivery.

Can I return my item?

Certain items sold on our website may only be returned directly to the manufacturer on agreement from them. Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a courier to return back to Cisco Meraki. Please read our returns policy for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If an order has not been processed and we can confirm from Meraki that the products have not been dispatched we will be able to amend and/or cancel the order. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, the products will have to returned and an RMA submitted.
