All deliveries are processed and shipped directly from Cisco Meraki, Netherlands.

Please note: These are estimated deliveries and we cannot guarantee delivery ETA. Delivery to Ireland can be significantly longer, please contact us if you require further information or would like ETA for your location before purchase.

On receiving your tracking details from Cisco Meraki, Cloudse will send the Tracking code to the email address provided on purchase for you to track your delivery.

Certain items sold on our website may only be returned directly to the manufacturer on agreement from them. Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a courier to return back to Cisco Meraki. Please read our returns policy for more information.

If an order has not been processed and we can confirm from Meraki that the products have not been dispatched we will be able to amend and/or cancel the order. However if the order has been processed and dispatched, the products will have to returned and an RMA submitted.
